  • Vendor / Service provider coordination and booking at a discounted prices.
  • Ongoing updates and consultation with client about vendors / service providers
  • Final consultation with vendors / service providers prior one month to the wedding day.
  • Final consultation with the bride, groom and the families to brief on day’s proceedings. (Between 7 to 14 days before the wedding date)
  • Customized wedding day schedules for key suppliers
  • Guest list handling service
  • On-site coordination and event management service of entire wedding day.
  • Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be handed over to pre-arranged individual nominated by the client
